With every purchase, receive a FREE package of wildflower seeds to help pollinators thrive.

WILDFLOWER SEED PACKETS

Our little packages of wildflower seeds are a small step in creating habitats for pollinators to thrive.  These wildflowers will create ideal conditions to welcome bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects to feast on their nectar, pollinate other plants and promote healthier ecosystems on the land for which we live, work, play and grow.

Our premium wildflower seeds are perfect for your patio, garden, yard or deck.  Each package contains a mix of our own garden grown flowers along with a non-invasive, native wildflower blend that will feed local native pollinators like bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and others.

You can sow these seeds in the early spring until the end of October. They can also be planted in the fall for spring flowers.  The mix contains both annuals and perennials and will provide you will several years of beautiful flowers.

Each package contains enough seeds for a small planter or area around 1 – 2 sq ft.

Step 1: Find a nice spot where the seeds will get full sun or partial shade throughout the day.  Loosen up the soil and rake through it removing any weeds or existing vegetation.

Step 2: Evenly scatter seeds over the whole surface area ensuring they come into contact with the soil in order to germinate. Firmly press the seeds down into the soil ensuring you do not bury them more than 2-3 times their thickness.

Step 3: Keep the seeded area as evenly moist as possible to help the seeds germinate and the young seedlings become established. Once the seeds are growing only water in long periods of hot, dry weather every 1 – 2 weeks. The wildflowers should re-grow for several years but will eventually benefit from re-seeding. In late summer, some flowers will produce seed heads that you can harvest and replant the following spring.
