Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the USA.
Do you offer free shipping?
All orders over $99 (before taxes and after discounts) ship for free.
What shipping methods do we use?
We ship orders via Canada Post / USPS expedited parcels or UPS with tracking information. You will receive an email as soon as your order ships and again when it has been delivered.
Do you offer local pickup?
If you live in the area, you can place an order online and select free “local pickup” when checking out.
We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up and provide pick up instructions.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your products, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Read our return policy here.
Can I exchange a product?
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product you are welcome to exchange it so long as it has not been opened. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges involved with exchanging a product.
Online Ordering
A product I want is out of stock. How will I know when it is available again?
On the product page, you have the option to submit your email address to receive notifications when an item is restocked. You'll get an email alert the moment the product is available again.
Do you send free samples?
As a small independent company, we are unable to offer free samples. We do offer many of our products in mini versions if you would like to try them first before committing to a larger size.
Do you offer discounts or promo coded that I can use for my order?
Sign up for our newsletter and SMS for exclusive offers and to stay up-to-date with any promotions, product launches and more.
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Only one promo code can be applied per order at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders with 3 business days of receipt. Order arrive typically within 2 - 8 business days.

Are your products natural and organic?
We prioritize sourcing our ingredients from natural, plant-based origins and, where feasible, opt for certified organic components. Additionally, we take pride in growing, harvesting, and ethically wildharvesting some of our ingredients, ensuring the utmost care and respect for nature.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, our products are free from genetically modified organisms, animal ingredients, and animal by-products
What are the fragrances used in your products?
Wildwood Creek embraces the purity of naturally derived fragrances across our entire Foraged Collection. Each product is enriched with a harmonious blend of only natural aromatics and pure essential oils.
Our Signature and Seasonal collections are crafted with a unique composition of natural fragrances and pure essential oils that are hand blended by us.
Do your products have expiration dates?
Each of our offerings is meticulously produced in limited quantities, embracing natural components while completely avoiding chemical preservatives. After opening, our products preserve their quality for up to a year.
How are your products packaged?
The majority of our products come in packaging that's either reusable, recyclable, or designed for refilling, most using glass containers.
Subscriptions
How do Wildwood Creek subscriptions work?
Our Subscribe and Save feature makes sure you're never without your cherished products! Following your purchase, a confirmation email will detail your subscription. Feel free to adjust your favorite scents, product selections, delivery timeline, and even include one-time buys anytime by accessing your subscription account.
How do I subscribe?
To subscribe, select the Subscribe and Save option on the product page before adding to cart.
How do I skip my upcoming subscription order?
- Log into your account here.
- Select Manage Subscriptions.
- Click Next Charge Date and choose your next desired ship date.
- Hit Update to save.
Can I add items to my subscription shipment?
Absolutely, our subscriptions are designed for complete flexibility. Add any number of products to your plan and remove them at your discretion.
Simply go to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and choose ‘Add A Product’. Every product is available for addition either as a one-time buy or as part of your ongoing subscription. When you're adding products, you have the freedom to include them in the upcoming subscription delivery or set a different shipping date entirely.
How will I be reminded of an upcoming subscription?
You'll get an email three days before your subscription order ships, detailing what's included. It might land in your junk folder, so keep an eye out. To ensure you never miss updates on your subscription, consider adding our email to your contacts list.
What are the shipping fees associated with my subscription?
Should your subscription order total less than $99, a $15 shipping fee will apply. However, any orders amounting to $99 or more qualify for free shipping.
Can I cancel, skip or pause my subscription?
Absolutely. You have the flexibility to log in at any time and modify your shipping schedule as needed.
You're free to cancel your subscription without facing any cancellation fees, provided this is done after your second shipment has been processed.
Can I use a discount code with my subscription?
Subscription orders come with a 20% discount already applied, so we're unable to offer additional discounts on these products.
When am I charged for my subscription?
Your initial order will be billed at the time of placement. Following that, all subsequent orders will be billed according to the interval you've chosen.
How long will my subscription last?
Your subscription continues renewing at your chosen interval until you decide otherwise. At any point, you're free to skip, pause, or adjust your delivery schedule as you see fit.

Where are your products made?
All our products are crafted by hand in small batches in our studio in Canada's Ocean playground Nova Scotia.
How do I become a retailer?

Can I visit the studio in person?
Our studio for open for limited hours from July to August or by change outside these dates. Click here for location and store hours.
Can I stay at the studio?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer any accommodations, including staying in our skoolie bus.
