Is your entire line available for wholesale?
Many of our products are available for wholesale, though a select few might not be included in our wholesale offerings from time to time. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to us.
What are the minimum order quantities?
The required minimum opening order is $350 and subsequent orders have a minimum of $250. All SKU’s are sold in case sizing (one case = 3 units).
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit card and E-transfer.
Do you provide testers?
Testers are available for purchase at a discounted rate when you place your wholesale order.
How much do you charge for shipping?
For orders totaling $500 or more, we offer complimentary shipping across Canada. For orders under $500, a flat shipping rate of $30 applies.
Note: Pallet orders may require additional shipping charges.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 48 - 72 hours after we receive payment. However, during busy seasons like Christmas, processing times may extend a bit. We'll email you the tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Custom and large orders might require extra processing time.
What is your return policy?
Should there be any issues with items in your shipment, we'll either credit your account or dispatch replacement products.
We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.
Do you offer refillable products for wholesale?
Starting this fall, we will offer refills on some of our body and skincare products. Reach out to us at wholesale@wildwoodcreek.ca for more information.
Minimal Retail Pricing & Restricted Sales Channels
We require all wholesale partners follow our MSRP.
Wildwood Creek prohibits resellers from listing products on third-party websites such as ETSY, Amazon, Kijiji etc.
